Meet Rachel Wigglesworth, Founder of Growing Great Families!Rachel has a master’s degree (M.Ed.) in Family Education with a Teaching Certificate in Parent Education from the University of Minnesota. She works as a parent educator and parent coach, and is the founder of Growing Great Families. Rachel worked as a doula for over 10 years supporting women and families through childbirth and labor, and during the prenatal and postpartum period.
Rachel also has a Master’s degree in Wildlife Biology and studied coyotes and wolverines in the valleys and mountains of Jackson Hole, WY. Once she had children, she became fascinated with how children develop and how the myriad of life experiences lead to the adults that children become. This led her to pursue a career in parent education and coaching. Rachel is the creator of Growing Great Families and is excited to share with parents fascinating information about parenting, child development, and the brain with the goal of supporting parents through the joys and challenges of raising their children.
